I started this because I kept hearing the same complaints about haulers: they quote one number and charge another, they show up whenever, and they leave a mess behind.
I grew up with a strong work ethic and a stronger sense of pride in doing things properly. After years of hands-on work across the Twin Cities I figured I could do this better than what I was seeing, so I bought a trailer and started answering the phone myself.
It's still one truck out of Bloomington and it's still me on every job. That's on purpose — it means the person who quoted you is the person carrying your couch down the stairs, and the floor gets swept before I leave because my name's on the truck.
